A weekly 60-minute Group Coaching & Mentoring call via Zoom (your dedicated soundboard)
24/7 access to the private Telegram group for quick questions, celebrations, support, or clarity on the fly
A Quarterly Leadership Reset and Review call to realign and refocus
A deep-dive Career Compass session every 6 months (60–90 minutes) to prepare for performance reviews or prepare for their next step up

All of the sessions are delivered online via Zoom so members can be anywhere, even running between meetings and not miss out because they got stuck in traffic or couldn’t get away. All recordings are available so even if they do miss it, it’s easy to catch up when they’re free.

Over a 12 month period, its inevitable that holidays, sickness, or the juggle of daily life gets in the way. Thats one of the reasons they have access to calls EVERY WEEK, so if they miss one, they’ve got next week or the week after AND ALSO every call is recorded so they truly never miss a thing.
Also, they can submit a question ahead of time and catch the replay if they can’t make it live.
This mentorship program is about your leaders knowing they have support at every turn, for whenever they need it. Sometimes that may be a lot, sometimes less, there’s no right or wrong.
