Absolutely. Psychological safety and confidentiality are essential to The Apex experience. Every member signs a confidentiality agreement before joining, and membership is by application only to ensure a high-caliber, values-aligned group. This creates a trusted space where everyone can speak freely, be supported, and explore what really matters—without judgement or risk.

You’ll soon realise that you have many shared challenges among your peers that give you a strange sense of camaraderie and belonging.

In my coaching I share frameworks, tools, and theories that are accessed in traditional training programs that will support a personal challenge and goal.

And, you have the option to enrol a group of your internal leaders into a private Apex experience where we can tailor it and add more structured training component where you feel it beneficial - this may look like an additional monthly call for example.

The Apex is designed to support people through leadership life—not compete with it. Members can engage as much or as little as they need, knowing there will be times when schedules are stretched or leave periods kick in. This is a 12-month partnership that flexes with you for that very reason - weekly calls are included not so members feel they have to come each week but so they have support whenever needed.

Instead of taking time, The Apex gives members time back—by reducing second-guessing, sleepless nights, and wasted energy. They’ll have:

• A weekly 60-minute Group Coaching & Mentoring call via Zoom (your dedicated soundboard)

• 24/7 access to the private Telegram group for quick questions, celebrations, support, or clarity on the fly

• A Quarterly Leadership Reset and Review call to realign and refocus

• A deep-dive Career Compass session every 6 months (60–90 minutes) to prepare for performance reviews or prepare for their next step up

They don’t need to show up to everything to get results—this is built to meet them where they are.

Confidence compounds with every action taken and new habits and behaviors can take time to engrain. Yes, so long as there is capacity in the main program they can start their journey anytime. When you enquire I will inform you whether there is a waitlist or if you can have them access more immediately.

We manage numbers to ensure the community connection is not lost.

And of course you have the option to enrol a team into a private Apex experience where your leaders would all start and finish at the same time too - capacity pending, reach out and we can discuss any tailored needs.

All of the sessions are delivered online via Zoom so members can be anywhere, even running between meetings and not miss out because they got stuck in traffic or couldn’t get away. All recordings are available so even if they do miss it, it’s easy to catch up when they’re free.

Over a 12 month period, its inevitable that holidays, sickness, or the juggle of daily life gets in the way. Thats one of the reasons they have access to calls EVERY WEEK, so if they miss one, they’ve got next week or the week after AND ALSO every call is recorded so they truly never miss a thing.

Also, they can submit a question ahead of time and catch the replay if they can’t make it live.

This mentorship program is about your leaders knowing they have support at every turn, for whenever they need it. Sometimes that may be a lot, sometimes less, there’s no right or wrong.
