The Leadership Edge is a 2.5 hour group workshop experience designed specifically for women identified as high-potential leaders stepping into greater responsibility within your organisation.
Powered by The Why of You by PRINT® survey, it gives each participant a science-backed understanding of what drives her behavior, what triggers her under pressure, and exactly what levers to pull to perform at her peak without burning out or contorting who she is.
This is not a generic leadership training. There are no one-size-fits-all frameworks or checklists. Completed by each participant before the workshop. A 10-15 minute statistically validated online survey that reveals the unconscious motivators driving her behaviour, her Best Self and Shadow Self patterns, her individual triggers, and her role alignment. She arrives already knowing herself. The workshop makes that knowledge useful so they can clearly understand what drives their behaviour, what fulfils them, and how they can lead in a way that’s authentic, energising, and sustainable
